  On behalf of the organizing committee of the 2nd International Conference on Information System , Computer Engineering & Application ( ICISCEA 2012 ), it is our pleasure to invite you to this international meeting again, which will take place at the Hotel Marshyandi, Kathmandu, Nepal from 22 th to 23 th June 2012. Open Learning Society is organizing ICISCEA and it's series every year .
  Due to the great success of ICISCEA's previous series in Singapore , Now Open Learning Society is trying to attempt 2nd Series of ICISCEA 2012 again in Kathmandu Nepal on 22 nd - 23 rd June, 2012 . ICISCEA 2012 aims at bringing together researchers, engineers and practitioners interested on Information System, Computer Engineering and it's Application .
